DOMAIN
-I choose a domain name (with .com, .net or .org) that has good google keyword searches per month (popular searches with low to medium competition). I choose domain names that people actually search for (it will give you alot more future free traffic from google - this is the key)- like this one http://aboutbasketball.org. I do the research and use a google keyword tool to pick the best suited name (usually simple sentences). I find names that people search for - 'about basketball' is an extreme one - those 2 words together get 30,4000,000 monthly global searches (low competition) just thru google search (in a few months I expect it to get amazing traffic). Usually I target names with 1500 (low competition) or higher global searches - but that one is crazy.

BUILD
-I build the website with a niche template. They each have 20 articles (google love this variety), and ad's that are well placed and tempting for folks to click on- and also purchase items from.

PROMOTE
-I promote the sites to 100's of the top search engines, 1000's of article sites, 100's of directory sites - this drives instant huge traffic and then slows down to long term 'steady' traffic (that's where you start making the money). It takes 4 to 10 weeks for a website to get spidered by most search engines (that's where a search engine like google - looks at every page on your website). Usually after a website is 6-20 weeks or older - You can sell them for more $$ all the time.

SETUP
-I can setup and build these up directly on your host if wanted, or build them on my host and transfer (for free)

AD'S
-I place your ad's (google, clickbank, amazon) etc on the sites for you so that you get the income - you need to provide me with the ad code. Or you can do it yourself if you wish as it's easy
