Join Me and Read By the Light of the Moon
Why have I forgotten this book? Perhaps, I have been going with the excuse, "I don't have time."
Why do I want to read this book? Simple...I would like to see how this book measures up to the type of Dean Koontz books that I have read. Since I am an online junkie, it would only make sense to have some friends join me in this offline adventure.
The best part about this book club is we don't have to leave our homes and sit around drinking coffee or soda. Though that might be fun. We can sit at the beach, relax in the backyard or stretch out on lazy boy. There is no time frame involved, no other books to read (unless you have a suggestion), just people with similar interest who happen to be Dean Koontz fans or are curious about the book.
Won't you please join me in a good read with "By The Light of the Moon" by Dean Koontz?

Hope you don't mind, but I want to see the movie first and then consider reading the book. Enjoy it! Be anxious to hear your review afterwards.

A Synopsis of By the Light of the Moon
Stunned, disbelieving, Dylan is turned loose to run for his life...and straight into an adventure that will turn the next twenty-four hours into an odyssey of terror, mystery-and wondrous discovery. It is a journey that begins when Dylan and Shep's path intersects with that of Jillian Jackson. Before that evening Jilly was a beautiful comedian whose biggest worry was whether she would ever find a decent man. Now she too is a carrier. And even as Dylan tries to convince her that they'll be safer sticking together, cold-eyed men in a threatening pack of black Suburbans approach, only seconds before Jilly's classic Coupe DeVille explodes into thin air.
BY THE LIGHT OF THE MOON is a novel of heart-stopping suspense and transcendent beauty, of how evil can destroy us and love can redeem us-a masterwork of the imagination in which the surprises come page after page and the spell of sublime storytelling triumphs throughout.

- Not one of his best but still leaps and bounds ahead of some of his newer novels in my opinion although his Frankenstein series was a fun read.

- not my usual genre of books, and wouldn't pay full price for it, but if I saw it in a book sale or charity shop I might be moved to pick it up having read this review and give it a try. I like the way you did the paragraph headings in this lens

- It isn't one of his better books. I don't agree that it sucks. But compared to his other books, it was a bit of a let down. My mini review is at the bottom.

- I love that the Dean Koontz picture with his dog makes him look calm and peaceful unlike the suspense and havoc that ensues in his books.
