REFORM CPS BY THE BOOK
Fighting Cps is a common theme these days having problems in every state with foster care, legal kidnappings from innocent parents, rubber stamping family court judges and unconstitutional acts of CPS and law enforcement. Parents caught in this corrupt system know the only way out is to fight back. BY THE BOOK is in the very beginning stages of goal setting, networking and fighting back. We are here to support, share and guide. We are not lawyers, cannot give legal advice but we have shoulders to cry on and lots of info to share. Soon we will have an advocate program in Ulster County similar to the one started in New York City by Parents. They are great role models for change. BY THE BOOK intends on using both the law and the bible to fight CPS as parents have both the laws and prayer on their side. As citizens of the United States all innocent families are protected by the Constitution. The constitution is a very important defense.

I am the heartbroken grandma of three children stolen from my daughter while visiting New York. We are all Wisconsin residents being held captive while fighting this very corrupt system. I will not go in to detail here because I will post my court documents on this site as soon as I learn how.
I began BY THE BOOK to help Ulster County and New York residents in their fight. Between the time I thought about it and getting it to here I realized support is not enough. The system needs reform. I am fighting Ulster County in federal court to, with Gods graces, begin that process. The law has been broken time and time again yet who do I trust? Who can I turn to? Who can help these very young and confused children? The judges are of no help, sometimes the culprits of law violations. The lawyers are, as I call them, DSS puppets. OCFS is ?hiding at best. The FBI wants no part in it. Where does one go? Everyone turns a blind eye. Lawmakers are slow at responding to the nation's cry if at all. Two well known senators cannot even do enough fast enough in their own states, they have a hard time too. Agencies are out there fighting step by step. Why such little change? Then I realized they are all fighting from the top down. We the parents must fight the opposite way. We need to start at the bottom of the food chain. I asked myself who would do the money makers job if the result could be prison or lawsuits? Yea there is a lawsuit here and there but how many reach the public eye? Where is the accountability? That is where to start. Holding all accountable is the hardest of the fight so that is where parents need to concentrate. Federal court holds them accountable, relies on the Constitution of the United States and makes changes in the law we need to fight these monsters making money off our children. All parents need to turn to the federal courts to hear our cries. That is why I am here to learn, share and guide parents behind me to follow the only means I know to change. I have a goal but it will take alot of effort and parents willing to fight across the nation but I am just beginning. I have the law and God on my side as do all innocent parents.
