My Review
I am inspired by Byron Katie. I wish I could be more like Byron Katie (or at least see life the way she does). At the same time, I find this book and the rest of her work really challenging because it's not my natural inclination to think this way. After I saw Byron Katie interviewed by Oprah, I read "Loving What Is" and several of her other books, and I continually go back to these in an effort to be a better person. Maybe I need to go to a workshop of "The Work," because even after reading her books, I still struggle with being able to not "believe" my thoughts.
