My name is Amy Dukeshire and I was so TIRED of working all day, rushing around in the morning and evening and trying to come up with a boring meal, all while my two young children were running around. There are two amazing companies that deliver quality products for the kitchen (and all around the home) that I just can't live without.
The first is Watkins. Yes, let it be known, I sell Watkins products. But I fell in love with them a few years ago before I started selling. I have over 50 different herbs, spices and seasoning blends that make cooking so much fun!
The second company is Pampered Chef. I just can't say enough about their kitchen products. I am so excited to get home at the end of the day and think of a new way to use my stoneware pieces. And who thought a cookie scoop could be so much fun? I used it to make meatballs last night (with Watkins Meat Magic - the most fantastic addition to your cooking!, Onion Soup Base, Meatloaf Seasoning Blend, Black Pepper and Grill Seasoning) which I cooked up in my P.Chef Stir-Fry Skillet. It was FUN!!
These two companies have given me something to look forward to when it comes to preparing food. My young daughters (23mths and 3yrs8mths) love to use products from these companies too. They both love to shake (aka. use Watkins pepper). I hope you'll have as much fun sourcing sales associates and trying the products as I have. I love the fact that these are direct marketing companies. I get to have quality, fun and exciting products delivered to me; I don't even have to face the hassle of crowded stores!

- Ultimate Slice & Grate - "Grate, julienne or slice fruits, vegetables or cheese with ease." It's just plain awesome and makes slicing food so quick and easy. Hubby just used it yesterday to slice up a ton of potatoes nice and thin to make homemade potato chips!
- Large Bar Pan - "Bake sheet cakes, bar cookies or even a jellyroll with this 10 x 15 1/2 inch (25 x 39 cm) pan. One-inch (2.5 cm) depth is ideal for browning chicken while trapping juices." I love this stone for everything. I use it for chicken nuggets and fries, a big oven pancake, cooking bacon in the oven. I even BBQ'd a pizza on the BBQ a couple of winters ago when we were without power for 5 days. One of my most used Pampered Chef pieces for sure.

I just read this book and really enjoyed it. I'm not going to worry myself with tons of deep and thought-provoking questions but it sure was a great way to relax. I'd definitely recommend it to others. I AM recommending it to others. GO BUY THE BOOK!! :o)

This is the latest Stephen King book to come out and, as usual, I had such a good time reading it. It was different than some of the recent stories he's put out and I think thousands of people are now scared that something bad is going to happen when they answer their cell phone!
