Believe it or not, the average age for a gamer is 29 years old and more and more women are playing pc and console games than ever before and there is even a growing segment of over 50 gamers.  Adults should not fear videogames.  Gaming helps sharpen your strategy and critical thought skills which can help improve your work skills.
