    well I tried everything .done the safe mode done every step on the black screen after hitting key F8 every step on there and nothing. so I can't get online I don't have a reinstallion disk. What else can I do? I know it is in the registry but it does not boot now and before it crashed I could not open or it responded even to open my computer. it did not respond to nothing. what about set up F12? is there anything I can do to get it where i can load the desktop and hope to open anything?

    no all it does i it safe mode and than the pc is trying boot up again and all it does shows the XP logo and starts to reboot again.
