Many people who live in urban areas often long for a cabin home deep in the woods. Those who achieve their dream of a cabin-style or log home however, can sometimes find themselves wishing they were surrounded by something other than wood. When it gets to the point that wood ceilings, wood walls and wood floors are too much, it's time to go shopping for outstanding area rugs to relieve the monotony.

That's not to say that log homes and cabins aren't beautiful places to live and vacation. They are wonderful but like any dwelling place, they need to be decorated in ways that enhance their beauty and make them cozy and comfortable. Using Western Style Decor

Perhaps the decorating vision is more Western than Rustic. Here's an opportunity to make the most of stunning southwestern rugs, either authentic Native American rugs or rugs influenced by tribal designs.
