How are Cadbury Cream Eggs made?
The question that everyone wants to know!First, liquid chocolate is poured into a 1/2 egg shaped mould. Then it's filled with white fondant and a dab of yellow fondant for the yolk. The fondant is denser than the chocolate, so it doesn't mix but instead pushes the chocolate outwards. Then, 2 mould halves are pushed together quickly, cooled and allowed to set. The moulds are removed and then the eggs go further down the line for packaging.

- I love the Mini Cadbury Chocolate Eggs. So classy in a clear glass bowl. I agree with other visitors, the Cadbury Creme Eggs are too sweet and one a year is enough.
