While it might be cute to watch your little servers walk from table to table, it's highly inefficient. You could end up with angry customers on your hands! And to have a successful cafe, you want to get your approval rating all the way up to 105.

Here's how I reached 105 on my first day of playing with this little trick...

The best thing you can do for your restaurant is to lock in your chef and your servers! Use the stoves and the counters to trap them so that their backs are to the wall. They can still serve up dishes and clear plates for you--all without taking the time to walk around and do it! Your server will stay put and plates will magically clear themselves from off the tables. You save a lot of time, you provide excellent service and you can handle the large crowds that are coming through your door!
