Inspiration, the necessary ingredient in daily living.

Everybody young or old, rich or poor benefits from inspiration. For without inspiration, there is no hope, man is doomed and discouraged. It is in inspiration that we get the strength to go on, and to explore unchanted territories. For nothing great was ever achieved by a discouraged man. In a world where there is so much emptiness, the soul yearns for inspiration. But how then do we get this inspiration.?

The same way that we feed our physical bodies with all the nourishing foods, likewise we ought to pay attention to our spiritual body. For when one lacks in-spirit-ion, it is a signal that the SPIRIT is hungry. No anti-depressants can restore spiritual well being. I have written a book, The Wealth Within which shows how you can feed your spirit and create abundance at the same time. Our pursuit for material possessions should not compromise our spiritual well being. What I believe is that when the spirit is nourished, everything else follows suit. I am not saying that we should be poor but that we can have the best of both worlds when we become in perfect alignment spiritually.

Meditation, prayer and supplication nourish our spiritual being. Other ways are appreciation, appreciate others around you, appreciate animals, love nature and resonate with love. Giving is another effective way of getting inspired. Give, give, give.. it does not have to be money or material, after all it is intangible gifts which are most valuable. As you give to others, you lift their spirits, inspire them. Dont underestimate the power of inspiration, a little inspiration goes a long way. I have heard so many people say, 'it was the words that woman said that changed my life...', or 'it was the kindness that man showed me that inspired to do this..' and of course as you give so shall you receive.
Oh how about surrounding yourself in the right environment. You can not get inspired by watching programmes full of negativity or talking negativity. Immerse yourself in the right thoughts. Inspirational books, people and activities.
