Caillou Birthday Party Ideas

My son loved Caillou when he was growing up, but it was always hard to find anything Caillou in the stores, especially party supplies, but they are out there if you look hard enough. I thought I'd put together a Caillou party theme resource for other mothers out there who are having the same problem.
