Hi Ohme. Yes if you look at some westies they look just like Cairns. It has been said that they were taken out of the cairn breed, but I don't know. I just know that I saw a westie that was exactly like Zoe. Same size and same attitude. Many Westies have shorter ears but this one had big ears like most Cairns. Thanks. Gary

Potter Cairn Rescue Network - come check out our site: www.cairnrescue.com Austin was rescued by CPCRN - he was a stray and I fostered him but now he is mine ALL mine! Love the breed and love working Cairn Rescue.

I agree! We have two Cairn Terriers and they are the best. They're very intuitive little dogs and are very loyal too. We get a lot of laughs out of our guys. Duncan does the same thing with his ball, when we ignore him (he never gets tired of playing fetch) he will roll the ball down the stairs and play with himself. :)
