California Architects Parallel Design Studios

Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this business campus consists of four buildings with over 120,000 s.f. of office space and 16,000 s.f. of parking garage. Having to conform to strict height limits, the architects decided to emphasize clean horizontal lines and contrast them with bold vertical geometric forms. The result is a contemporary style that blends with California's coastline. Earthquake faults, habitat setbacks, and public access to the coastal bluff all were carefully considered and planned for in the design of this campus.

Designed in the Spanish Colonial style, this home is reminiscent of an earlier time of courtly manners and generous hospitality. This elegant residence is 3,600 s.f. with two levels, and features classic detailing. Many beautiful amenities run throughout the home including courtyards and inviting exterior spaces to promote indoor/outdoor living.

Set on a bluff above the Pacific Ocean, the Dolphin Bay Hotel and Residences provides an extraordinary escape at the heart of California's coastline. Robert Richmond, the design architect, processed the project applications, worked with the Coastal Commission and secured the Pismo Beach entitlements. Dolphin Bay offers 70 expansive one and two-bedroom residences ranging from 900 to 2,018 s.f. Built and furnished to luxury standards, each unit features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, laundry facilities, and high-tech capabilities. The dramatic oceanfront location and elegant Mediterranean design highlight additional amenities including an award-winning restaurant, a spa, a pool overlooking the ocean, multiple banquet rooms, and a subterranean parking garage.

Fargo Crossing is a mixed-use project that combines 45,274 s.f. of retail space with 7,852 s.f. of office space, with an additional 24,000 s.f. of office space planned for the second phase. Located in central Hanford, the project is anchored by a Long's Drug and provides a variety of amenities and services to the surrounding residential neighborhoods, including two restaurants and a corner gas station with car wash and convenience store (R2L).

This ten acre expansion of an existing shopping center consists of eight buildings comprising a total of 58,474 s.f. of leasable retail and restaurant space. Currently near construction completion, signed tenants include Designer Shoe Warehouse, Ortho Mattress, and Barbecues Galore with various retail establishments under negotiation. Situated at the I-10 gateway to Rancho Mirage, at the center of the Coachella Valley, this shopping center draws customers from the Coachella Valley and beyond (R2L).
