If you are already licensed to sell real estate and are looking to become a broker, you will need to successfully complete the eight courses. These are: Real Estate Practice, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Economics or Accounting and three elective courses.

Any school which offers these appropriate courses will prepare you to sit for the license exam of your choice.
