I'm so glad Marriage has been saved, a second time! There is more to California than just San Francisco. The important thing for me is not to go into the school and start teaching my children about the concept when they barely understand the relationship between man and woman.

    How great to have won...again!

True Californians strongly support Prop[osition 8 It would state that Marriage in California shall consist of the union of a man and a woman.

Marriage is more than a lifestyle choice. It makes a unique contribution to the common good of society by providing a way a man and a woman to bring children into the world and to care for them in the context of a loving committed lifetime relationship. I ask The California Voters to vote in favor of Proposition 8 in order to permanently protect the institution of marriage.

This is the way it is to be.

I'm voting yes to Prop 8 because being pro-family, I am against anything that fails to support it in our society. When I say that I am 'against' these things, let me be clear in saying that I do not hate these people, attack them in public or in private, think that they are evil, or anything of the sort. I am against supporting these behaviors. I am fully aware that many people feel differently then I do on these issues, and each of us is entitled to our own beliefs.
However, I still urge all to oppose gay marriage for the sake of our children, religion, and freedom!

    All the Noise, Noise, Noise!

No matter how loudly and often supporters of same gender marriage attack proponents of traditional marriage, the simple irrefutable fact is that same gender marriage and traditional marriage are not identical, and never will be. Period. Regardless of what happens in the California election.

And no matter what proponents of traditional marriage say, opponents will scream its opposite. I am amazed at the sheer volume of hateful and intolerant comments made by opponents of Proposition 8. To me, this speaks volumes about where bigotry, discrimination, and hate truly exist - in the hearts of people who express themselves with such rage and venom, regardless of their political or sexual persuasion.

So what really is the core issue? Is it equal rights? Is it social acceptance of homosexuality? And what about the children?

I'm one angry Californian! People had clearly made their choice and what good is the election if the will of the majority can be overturned by the Supreme Court? ABSOLUTELY VOTE YES ON 8!!! And will spread Y-E-S everyday to all. Thanks Seth for promoting this.

Nicely done, Seth. You're dealing with two separate issues here, one ethical, the other legal. I'd love to see more about the details of the Court decision.

Thank you for this information - I have posted your vids on my blog and will be voting YES, YES, YES, YES, for goodness sake, YES!

Seth, you did a great job handling a tough topic. The proposition has nothing to do with liking or disliking gays. What the California Supreme Court did was wrong.

We need to pray for Prop 8 as well as our country. I am in California, but remember if it is over ruled here, the ACLU will assure you that it will be law in states across the country. Please check out my lenses: ACLU and Judicial Supremacy. Thanks again Seth1492.

Because marriage is & must ALWAYS ONLY be recognized as valid when it is a union between a man & a woman, this is the first time I will actually applaud film stars for, yet again, massaging their own egos by oh-so publicly speaking out about a potential "injustice" homosexuals face.

By doing so, they will, instead, be HELPING NORMAL (yes, I said normal & I mean normal) voters know they MUST VOTE YES ON PROP 8!

It is astonishing & so sad that this country has become so morally corrupt that such an amendment to the California constitution is even necessary - but IT IS!

So I encourage the film industry to speak up, speak loudly, & speak often about how "bad" this proposition is for homosexuals.

We could use the free publicity to help Californians know that they have to AGAIN vote to keep marriage safe from deviancy!

I cannot believe the poll results released today showing that prop 8 is losing by a significant margin. Polling data can be manipulated by organizations with an agenda, It is clear that there is an agenda against prop 8 by well funded, well organized groups. It would be ashamed to lose the election because of late entry into the pr / ad contest.
