General Idea of The Calorie Shifting Diet Menu

Calorie Shifting is a special diet plan that requires you to alternate the foods you are eating so that you can absorb different types of calories and enhance your metabolism rate. If you are unsure of what you will be eating when you are trying the Calorie Shifting diet, here is an example of the Calorie Shifting diet menu. Basically, you are required to choose a long list of foods that you like to eat. Then, you will receive a meal plan provided by a professional nutritionist.

Sample of The Calorie Shifting Meal Plan 

Breakfast :
Smoked molassas bacon (broiled crisp)
egg omelette with garlic
skim milk

lunch :
Iceburg lettuce
Roma tomato
mixed baby greens
raw sliced sweet onion
raw sliced zucchini
raw sliced red pepper
homemade cubed roast ham
skinless chicken breast
cubed pepper parsley
Ken's LITE lo-calorie raspberry walnut vinaigrette

Dinner :
Diet Barq's rootbeer
albacore tuna
2 tablespoon of Miracle Whip LITE (p/s the Calorie Shifting diet menu says that you can have roast beef slices as well if you want but I was not hungry for it)

Exercises done in the evening:
1.5 hours of brisk walk and ran around the house for 4 rounds.

Supper :
1 hard boiled egg

I'm very happy that I have chosen to follow this diet plan. I know that all diet plans will only give temporary effect and I will start getting fat once I stopped the diet.
