Hi Helensmrt, I think that healthy food is a necessary. So, we shouldn't avoid eating healthy food when we are dieting or following a certain diet plan. :) I still eat some supplements even though I'm follow this diet plan.
Generally, I think that this Calorie Shifting diet plan is rather effective. The only problem is I will need to find the foods. You know, sometimes it is rather difficult to follow when I'm in the office. So, if you have access to different foods, then this diet plan is definitely suits you.
