Big Lazer Creek Public Fishing Area
Tolbotton, Georgia camping
Big Lazer Creek is a Public Fishing Area in Talbotton, Georgia. There are a few areas at this PFA that you can primitive camp at. (Camping without water, electricity, or bathrooms.) I do have to note that down the road there is a bathroom at the main fishing area.
The fishing is excellent at Big Lazer Creek. Largemouth bass, bluegill, shell cracker, channel catfish, and crappie are among the fish species that are in abundance. This 193 acre lake is a great place for boat fisherman. There are many stumps and other cover that make bass fishing optimal. A two lane concrete boat ramp is available for use. There is a fishing pier and a long bank to fish from if you do not own a boat.
