campus opinion scam

I recently received an email from Campus-Opinion.org on my university email account. This email was interesting because it was offering a part-time online job for filling out product surveys and doing online chat groups to test these products. After checking out the website, I found that the money making potential was very high by the rates they were boasting on their website for users to be paid for taking surveys and talking in a chat room. Interested, I read further into the site and discovered that upon signing up for an account on Campus Survey, you would have to pay them 29.95 to "cover their costs."

This concerned me as it sounds like an internet scam that are a dime-a-dozen so I began to research the truth behind this website. After almost an hour of nothing but other people asking if it was a scam or not, I came across a review from a student who decided to take the leap and sign up for the opportunity. After paying them his 29.95, he was quickly convinced that he had just been had by a con artist and someone made some money off of him.

To reiterate, Campus-Survey.org seems to be a scam by customer reviews, they are just after your 29.95 startup fee and want you to pay them.
