Our mission

Customer Satisfaction

Our mission is to have every customer receive their signed first edition book in the same condition as it left us. We hate receiving damaged books in the post, and equally hate receiving books in flimsy jiffy bags.So to make sure you become a happy repeat customer and not an unhappy one time customer we cover every dustjacket with brodart protector, swath each and every book in bubblewrap and ship each book in a custom built book box,to avoid any damage in transit.
We are aiming to build our business organically with plenty of repeat customers, and do our utmost to ship every book the next working day, and respond to all emails within 24 hours.
