Information on Canada's World Class Freshwater Fishing

Canada is home to some of the most exciting freshwater fishing in the world. For travelers, there are fishing lodges and cabins, many so remote that the only access is by air. Most lodges can arrange for anglers to fish with a local fishing guide during their stay.

Canadian anglers and their guests catch trout, salmon, char, whitefish, musky, pike, walleye, perch, sturgeon, bass, sunfish, crappie, catfish and other species.

Canadian trout streams attract fly fishing enthusiasts while lakes offer an incredible variety of fish.
