I would love to take a birding trip to Canada. I see many of the same birds in down here in Alabama including American goldfinches,Herons,Cardinals and the Great Horned Owl. No Loons, unfortunately.

I live on a lake that is full of Canada Geese. Many people in the US try to classify them as an invader not realizing that their territory once covered all of North America until the early 20th Century when they were almost hunted to extinction in the States. They are just reclaiming the land that was always theirs.

This is a great lens! I used to go birding all the time as a kid! I had that exact bird migration map from National Geographic! Very good lens

Another great lens! I saw Puffins above, I've been waiting for you to do a lens just about them, they are the most hilarious and wonderful little birds.

Great lens! A little overwhelming, in fact, but so many wonderful bird books and tidbits here!
