As a elitist American, we seem to be breed that way, I have never even considered Canada as an investing opportunity even though it is just north of us. Heck, I was raised in Michigan next to Canada, Windsor Canada is just a bridge or tunnel ride away and we never even considered it. Thinking of investing in another country is not something that beginners or even seasoned investors thing about in this day and age. We have enough challenges on our mind already.

But you never know, with a little research, risk adversion and networking connections there are probably a ton of wonderful investment opportunities in Canada as compared to the real estate market in the USA.
