To Cancel Website Tonight Order and Ask for Refund

Here I go again. I made a mistake on purchasing Website Tonight (5 pages) yesterday plus a domain. As I logged in to my Godaddy account, I noticed that I still have free Website tonight from my purchases a year ago. I did not use it. But it was too late. I already order the paid version and got a receipt from Paypal via email. Sigh...... What a waste of money!

Now I tried to Google " cancel website tonight" keywords and landed at Godaddy's community Forum. There I learned that I will also be refunded.

Follow me in this post as I will be revealing how did I get my money back and great customer service experience.

I got answer in an hour. Below was my concern:
