    Congratulations on your Cabaret Squidoo spot! I really enjoyed the videos but the "What are Yams" video with Alton Brown is the best. Alton Brown rocks! I love sweet potatoes mostly just baked with a little butter and salt and pepper but candied recipes are so traditional at the holidays that I look forward to them, too.

    Sweet potatoes aren't really very common in Croatia so I've tasted them for 1st time two weeks ago. Their taste reminds me of pumpkins! But I can see this recipe in my plate! :) Yummy!

    I'm not really a fan of candied sweet potatoes, cos I find them too sweet. But these do look delicious, maybe just a small portion ....
