Knowing what chocolate is safe for us vegetarians to be chomping on is a vital must, we should never have to accidentally eat an animal by product without knowing! Not all of us have been vegetarians for long this is why some of us need to be taught what we can and cant' eat.
I'm only 19 to this current day and I've been a vegetarian since I was 13 by my own choice. I used to feel guilty in some weird way that what I was doing/eating was cruel so I had to stop doing it, I was never even a big fan of the taste of meat anyway. If something looked disgusting to me I wouldn't eat and I would request to never be brought it again. Maybe this was because of how I was raised or maybe it's just my own intuition telling me not to do it. I'm no preacher but I will make the odd sarcastic comment when my friends are all enjoying their KFC. "Bop bop bop *chain saw noise* SPLATSPLATSPLATPLSPLAT, Shanes KFC in a wrap!".
Of course I do this in a joking way but there is a little part of me that does see it this way. The major drawback I see with being a vegetarian is fitness. I've been working out for about 15 months now and I am developing slowly, this might be due to the fact I cut back on working out quite bit or the fact that I never did enough in the first place, I took it seriously and was working out once every two to three days so it wasn't like I was messing about. I then had to move on to protein shakes, but of course I couldn't have normal protein drinks I had to have "Whey Protein" which doesn't contain half a cows liver inside of it.
Getting used to eating healthy was quite hard, I first started off eating healthy about 2 years ago around the same time I started working out. I started eating vegetable wraps, mostly lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, cucumber and a lot of sweet chilli sauce to take away all that nasty green leaf taste. I then moved on to the exact same stuff but in brown bread sandwiches which gave a bit of a different texture and taste. After a few months of doing this I could eat them without the sauce and find them to actually... Taste nice?!?!? Lol.
I steer away from any product that was created using an animal (this includes fish) so I don't eat anything like Haribo sweets, certain beef gelatine yoghurts and believe it or not... Certain chocolate. To top everything off once I found out that certain chocolates had animal products in them I then found out certain ice creams did too.. Bad times for my poor ol' vegetarian self.
When I created my vegetable wraps I actually got really into them and tried impressing myself by decorating them.. I even have a picture somewhere.... Two seconds...

Nom nom nom or what huh!?!?!?
I actually forgot to include the main ingredient that were vegetarian southern fried quorn chicken strips. What a poor imitation but they certainly taste yummy none-the-less! I created this delicious meal around three in the morning whilst doing some computer stuff ;) Oh how I love to walk the night. Maybe it's because I'm some weird vegetarian who spends most of his time taunting his KFC eating friends, eh? What friends I have left anyway..
Did you know even wine contains animal rennet or something, if I was use and I didn't know what rennet was I wouldn't try searching upon it, you may not like the outcome. My beloved snickers, mars bars and other chocolates created by the Cadbury company even contain meat products depending where they are manufactured! I am happy that ben and jerry's phish food is suitable for vegetarians.. Or so I am told eh? I know the vegetarian society wouldn't license the food as vegetarian because of how ben and jerry get their eggs from their chickens or something along those lines!? I think that's a bit uncalled for considering there isn't animal in the product!

Vegetarianism eh?
Vegetarianismist - Yep, that has to be what I am calling myself now, I think we should probably get the snow ball rolling and for all of you to start joining the vegetarianismists religion... Well if enough of you join it'll be a religion otherwise it'll just be a cult and well, that's not good stuff is it? I mean imagine if Christianity only had 400 followers, wouldn't be looking good about a bunch of people believing in some saviour guy who is going to transcend them to a higher plane now, would it?!
