Canon EOS 500D Digital Camera

The Canon EOS 500D is a mid-range digital SLR camera from the Rebel line, the successor to the 450D. It was released in 2009 in various areas worldwide and has received consistently good reviews.

The Canon EOS 500D features a 15.1 megapixel CMOS sensor, as well as a 14-bit DIGIC 4 Image Processor. It can shoot video in high-definition with a resolution of 1920x1080 and has a built in HDMI port to connect to HD televisions and monitors.
