9. Bike Night in Downtown Cape Coral 

Motorcycle enthusiasts got together this December for the 7th annual Bike Night in Cape Coral. There were 10,000 to 15,000 people that attended, some bike owners and others came for the music and entertainment. With free admission-is there a better way to get out and enjoy some of Cape Coral's nightlife?

6. Sun Splash Family Waterpark 

Sun Splash Family Waterpark is a major attraction in the community and is truly a park for all ages. Slide down the 5 story tube or relax floating down the lazy river. They even have an arcade for people who don't want to get their feet wet.

Originally designed by Dick Wilson in 1963, this 18 hole championship golf course has everything you are looking for on a day out on the green. This club has a aqua driving range, full service bar and grill, and an exemplary pro shop.

4.The Children's Science Center 

Enjoy hands on exhibits in this indoor/outdoor museum. Kids can look through telescopes, check out fossils, and even see live reptiles! A must see for the whole family.

3. Wine and Food Tasting 

The 4th Annual Downtown Wine & Food Tasting took place this November and was a hit. People took trolleys to 16 different locations to try different red and white wines along with a variety of food from different local Cape Coral chefs and restaurants.

2. The American Sandsculpting Championship 

Masters and amateurs from around the world gather in Fort Myers each year to create some of the best and biggest sand sculptures in the world. A must see for your own eyes; everyone will enjoy a day out at the beach with castles and sculptures larger than life.
