All of the projects around your place would be much easier if you had a sheltered place to work, with room for all of your tools and work tables and storage space for your supplies. Oakville Expandable
The Oakville series of garage and workshop plans starts with this sturdy, 16' wide, one bay detached garage with pull-down stairs to a high and dry storage loft. You can build yours at 22', 24' or 26' deep. Leave plenty of room on either side. The downloadable blueprints include drawings for 12' wide expansion sheds for more storage space or garage bays or for your hobby shop. Construction of this building uses standard 2x6 studs and 2x8 roof rafters.
2 Car Garage Plans
Woodberry Pole-Barn 2 Car Garage Plans
Build this small, all-purpose pole-frame building as your 2 car garage, equipment shelter, workshop or backyard studio. A variety of optional side sheds let you expand this structure at any time in the future.
4 Car Garage Plans and RV Garage Plans
Oak Lawn Four-Car Coach House Garage
Do you need to park four vehicles and still keep your neighbors happy? These garage plans should help. The Oak Lawn Four-Car Carriage House Style Garage will look great in a neighborhood of traditional homes.
This sturdy 2x6 stud-frame building has three 23' deep parking bays and another, at 20' deep, that tucks under a full staircase to 24'x24' storage loft. You can build this design at a total of 48', 50' or 52' wide.
As-is, this is a great four-car garage for a traditional home. But, you can also add optional barn-style hinged doors, a loft hatch, a lift post and vertical board siding. You'll have an old-style car barn that will look great behind a cabin or any country home.
Workshop or RV Garage
This design is suitable for parking an RV, up to four cars, or for use as a big, open plan workshop. These large format plans may be printed and reviewed on 8 1/2"x11" computer printer paper and then printed full-scale at a commercial print shop for construction or permitting.
