This pillow is comfortable if you do not have real big neck, my main intention was to buy this as a gift. For me, I expected this to be longer but it is well done made.Do not be scared by the image, the opening of the neck is comfortable and not too tight, because the filling is adjustable and will settle itself to the sides of your neck when it's used behind the neck.

It is a good idea to use travel pillows when travelling via car or airplane. Keeping your neck in alignment can really prevent neck pain and stiffness.
