Have you ever experienced Lucid Dream? For me, lucid dream is one of the greatest experience ever. Lucid Dream is a situation where we can feel clearly what happened in the dream and having full control over ourselves in dreams. If we are in normal dream we tend to be controlled by circumstances within the dream,while in Lucid Dream we have full powers to regulate the dream that we experience, what should we do, and what objects can appear in dreams. How to Achieve Lucid Dream?


Lucid dream is a fairly complicated method to do. Although not as difficult as Astral Projection, Lucid dream to get you also need special training and a few attempts. Here are the things that can help you get a Lucid Dream.

1. Create a Dream Journal

Dream journal is a record that contains about the dreams that you have experienced before. Try to write your dreams in a notebook right after you wake up, because it helps you in getting used to visualize the dream. Remember, you must be very disciplined in making a dream journal if you want to get control of your dreams.

Stimulation of Food

There are some special foods that can make you easily get a Lucid dream. The first is banana , because it contains a lot of tryptophan. This substance will then be converted by the brain into serotonin, a substance which is very important in regulating mood, short-term memory, and dream. You can also buy vitamin B6 and consume them regularly to facilitate this process, or to reproduce portions caffeine.

3. Lucid Dream Timer

A method is conducted to manage and manipulate your time so you can experience Lucid Dream. How easy it is to set an alarm for 4-5 hours after you sleep. When the alarm sounds, try to wake up and remember your dreams with a clear back (do not forget to write a dream journal). After that, try to go back to sleep, and you will get a Lucid dream more easily.

4. Lucid Dream Audio Brain Wave

Lucid Dream audio brain wave is a music that can be heard as long as you fall asleep, is useful to facilitate the achievement of Lucid Dream. Try to listen to Lucid Dream Brain Wave in a state of relaxed, calm, relax, and listen with a stereo headset.

    Going back 20-25 years ago I experimented with a realm that intrigued me but started giving me bizarre and direct knowledge ofmthings I had no idea where it came from. I would have long conversations with friends about vasts amounts and diverse sunject matter that was unequivocally unarguable and not known by any of my smartest of friends. The first instance was in a bedroom with 3 friends and myself. Idont know how or what the convo started but I spoke almost uninterupted only for sharp questions from all three mates trying to construct a reason or way that what I as talking about was not possible. 3-4 hours I spoke of what anything and everything tangible would look and act and be in the deep future of which I guessed by formulating ruffley a tech chronologic speed by past historical markersmand a incredible understanding of the interlinkage of hierachial important events and there impact. Then I described the room we were in and wjat differences therewould be that they all laughed at. Electricity and power/energy was my starting point of which I extrpolated numerous inventions that I previoisly had no thought or care for. This story is true and 20 years later everything came true.
    Lucid dreaming was a combination of hypnosise, mental or thought projection andthe practice of dreamingof which Ifound that the most. Could tollerate was around 24hours each session. This wasbroken into bouts ofnsleep and wake at dream cycle intervals. Id drink water and toilet if need then back for an instant drop into deep dream state sleep of which each back to sleep became moreintense an real but exhausting.also continuation of dreams bcame a practice and a 3or4 in 10 chance of recomencing a desirable dream. I've had no more than 5-10% nightmares but they even seem to have significance.

    Flying is fun and a must do every time u get the oportunity in your dream. Try hovering at different highrpts then try to hover as high as u can. Go to a place with plenty of scenery and hover lowish to enjoy a sight worth the look. Then try out the record highest. I found this a little uncomfortable as I went above 1.5 times hight of power lines so I woke.
    And the best for meis walkng through walls. Yeah, you getareal sensasion.
