Welcome to cardart !

Hi there !

I am an amateur photographer who enjoys travelling around the place. So I thought I'd bring you the combination of the two by creating original greeting cards from my photos from travels around the world.

The photographs have been taken on either my Canon EOS D30 Digital SLR or my simple Panasonic Lumix click & shoot for those days when lugging the big boy around is too much hassle!

about my cards

cardart on zazzle: All cards are customizable for you to add your personalised messages on the cover and inside, or leave them blank for any occasion.

I have now extended my store range to include posters, calendars, postcards and ties . . . all featuring my original photography. Of course, if you would like any photos on a t-shirt, mousepad, mug or any other product, feel free to write on my wall & I'd be happy to accomodate.

Having traveled extensively throughout the US on various holidays, there's no shortage of amazing landscapes and cityscapes to keep you entertained. My fave places are New York, San Francisco, Vegas and Yosemite NP.

I love this photo of the flag hanging in the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum in Boston.

The South Island of New Zealand is truly remarkable - with amazing landscapes, great food & friendly people. Highlights of my travels would have to Queenstown and Franz Josef glacier which is not to be missed. Click on my NZ South Island 2009 calendar further on for more photos.

The spectacular Angkor Wat complex is a truly mazing place to visit any time of the year - it will truly blow your mind. Check out some of my photos from my travels on greeting cards and on postcards.

middle east photos

Having traveled in UAE, Oman, Jordan and Turkey, the area is full of amazing history, architecture and people. This photo of the Roman Celsus Library at Ephesus in Turkey is definitely one of my faves - love the lightness of the sky and faint clouds through the amazing archway ruins.

This first one is actually from Central Mexico - who knew it snowed in Mexico ! It certainly did in in Creel, Mexico in January 2007 !

This "thinking of uyuni" card is from the breathtaking Salar de Uyuni - the world's largest salt flats located in Southwest Bolivia. When I visited in April 2007, the thin layer of water on top reflected the moutains & clouds (and even us !) - truly spectacular.
