Cardio Workouts

 

If you've never jogged start your cardio strategy by walking...

* 6 times a week for a minimum of 6kms (you may need to start with a shorter distance until your fitness improves)
* Break a sweat each time
* Warm up before and after with some simple stretches.

Once you're comfortable with walking your 6kms, build up to jogging using the following system...
* Walk for one minute
* Jog for one minute
* Repeat this for the entire 6kms
* Follow this strategy for one week
* Week 2, walk for one minute and jog for two minutes

Follow the same strategy and increase your jogging by one minute each week. If you feel you can increase the jogging component of your cardio strategy sooner, then go for it.

Quite Simply, Cardio Workouts Will Propel You To Success! 

But don't get me wrong, you will still achieve great results even if you can't, or prefer not to jog, it will just take a little longer.

Sadly you'll need to pay far more attention to your diet if you're walking and not jogging.

Jogging is very forgiving if you have the odd slip up in your eating plan.
