If you want a good "whole body" workout that's both aerobic and utilizes resistance training, too, you might want to consider the Cardio Twister Pro. Not just another piece of exercise equipment shown on late-night infomercials, the Cardio Twister Pro really does what it says it's going to do, and it's fun to use as well.

How it works
The Cardio Twister Pro has taken the principle of stair stepping, and added a twist -- literally. In addition to the stepping mechanism, the handles turn to the left and right, so that your whole body gets resistance "twisting" especially in your core muscles, which is most important for overall fitness and health. The result is that in a relatively short time, you can be in shape and use both aerobic and resistance exercise to build muscle, burn fat, and increase cardiovascular fitness.
Other information
The program also includes a diet program to follow, since every good exercise program must be accompanied by healthful eating for a good weight loss and muscle building regime. That is, you have to eat right as well as exercise if you really want to lose weight, build muscle, and get in shape.
The program comes with a CD that shows you both basic and advanced exercise programs to use on the Cardio Twister Pro, so that there's nothing left to chance and you really know how to use it.

Some drawbacks?
There are a few drawbacks with the Cardio Twister Pro. The first is that it can be quite difficult to assemble, and there have been complaints about this. It does support a weight of 250 pounds and is quite sturdy, but it comes with bolts that may fit loosely, so this is another consideration.
Cardio Twister Pro users have also said that there's not enough resistance in the machine even set at its top resistance level (with seven levels of overall resistance possible) to keep it challenging once you get in relatively good shape. However, this shouldn't be a concern to most users, since the machine is meant for those just beginning an exercise program, such that they need to get a basic cardiovascular exercise program going, with some resistance included. It's certainly a good adjunct to any exercise program, and can still be used for its cardiovascular benefits even if it's not challenging after a certain point when it comes to resistance and muscle building.
Finally, it's fun to use; users have said you won't get bored with the Cardio Twister Pro, and it provides a good, fast, safe workout for most "ordinary" exercisers who simply want to get in shape. It may not be a perfect piece of exercise equipment that can do everything for those at a more advanced fitness level, but then, no piece of exercise equipment is likely to fit that description, anyway. Overall, the Cardio Twister Pro is a good piece of exercise equipment, it's available for under $200, and it can actually make fitness fun.

- Nice mens. I believe Cardio Twister Prois a great machine. Another cardio machine I like is the Air Climber. It gives great results and it has worked wonders for me.
