i just got my cardio swing and wow, real simple to put together a bit of a hold up on the delivery.... but wow the results so far are amazing... as i am a stay at home parent not much time to do the gym so thank you cardio twister....

First off the sales support are incompetent. Purchased the equipment and within three weeks the parts began to fall apart losing the resistance (which ironically is the main function of the work out features). I figured that calling the company and getting the parts would reduce the burden of sending it and waiting for a replacement. I waited for the repair parts and called almost a dozen times, but nothing was sent to my address. Oh did I say that the shipment was also delayed in the first place. UPS had it on their track and took a ride with it for the weekend it finally was due to be delivered (Friday) and after insisting did I then get it the next week. I have decided to return the machine to them and also getting the return shipment labels is an ordeal, finally they arrived in the mail. Interesting enough after I have cancelled my payments and requested the labels and the refund, I get an email from their financial coordinator that I should call them and I have payments outstanding. Who could imagine such an ordeal. Also their English option for the operator - no one answer the phone - so u nid to call on the Spanish operator option and talk in English to them. WHAT A NIGTMARE and COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY....Who could imagaine such an ordeal....I hope they refund my payments or I get to report them to the consumer board !

I placed my order online for this product in June and it was never delivered they kept changing my delivery date stating the product was on back order and now just today I check the status and they have cancelled my order and without telling me this after sending me another card stating I would have my order within thirty days and after they already got the shipping and handling charge four months ago. So needless to say as soon as the order line opens tomorrow I will be calling. Disgustingly poor customer service.
