Craft Crazy

If you are like me, you are always looking for new ideas to make crafty handmade cards, scrapbooks, and other crafts. I hope to give you some new ideas with this lens.

Scrapbooking and Handmade Card making can get expensive, so if you are on a limited budget like many people, I'm gonna fill you in on a couple things that I do to cut some costs.

Visit your local thrift stores. Not too long ago I was browsing at a Goodwill Store, and I hit the jackpot! I found a whole bin full of spools of ribbon of many different colors for only 15 cents each! Needless to say, I ended up buying 30 spools of ribbon! This is not the first time I have found goods at Goodwill, so check it out and you'll be surprised!

Yard sales are also a great place to find great deals. Many people decide to give up card making or scrapbooking due to lack of time, or just get rid of things that they are no longer using.

Another thing I do, is save all the greeting cards people send me. When I get time, I go through them and cut things off of them that I think I may be able to use to make a card or decorate a scrapbook.

I have just discovered a site that sells only hand crafted items! This site is similar to Ebay, but hand made craft is the only thing they sell! This is just what I have been looking for to start selling some of my handy works!
