Cards of Your Destiny
If you stopped by my personal lens about me you may have read about me being the 7 of spades. On thinking about that I thought many probably have not heard of The Cards of Your Destiny so I thought I would create a lens to talk about it.
Want to find out your card?
Go here and put in your birthday and it will tell you what your card is.
Your Card
It will also tell your name card. I just did mine there and it says mine is the 2 of diamonds.
This website will also tell you what card you are and even tell you a little about your card.
Your card- What is it?
Each birthday of the year is governed by one of the 53 playing cards (52 plus the Joker). These cards represent personality archetypes, symbols of our personal expression that reflect with amazing accuracy what the important elements of our life will be like. When you study the meaning and significance of your Birth Card, you will have some invaluable knowledge about yourself. It can help you understand what your natural gifts are, what sorts of work will bring the most satisfaction, how you interact with others in personal relationships, what are the biggest challenges you are facing this lifetime, and how you can get the most from your life by using the energies that come most easily and naturally to you. It is fascinating how the yearly reading fit. I have been following mine and other peoples for a number of years, since about 1993.

I am the 7 of Spades

Seven of Spades: The Card of Faith
This card is regarded as one of the most spiritual in the deck and these people can have great success in their life as long as they do not disregard the wisdom that is intended to guide them through life. These people are here to learn to TRUST and keep going in spite of circumstances. Their main challenges will come in the areas of work and health. The underlying King of Diamonds mandates that they must live the higher values they know if they are to have the blessings and power that is inherently available to them. Being the Seven of Spades puts them on the line. They must think, speak and act from a higher perspective or suffer innumerable ills. They are protected by a high, spiritual force but even this is not as powerful as their own actions and attitudes. They must live what they know and follow their intuitive guidance. Many marry into money or receive support from associations. They can always do well if they work hard and maintain honesty. Nothing can stop them but themselves.
Your Karma Cards are the:
King of Diamonds - You owe something to this person and they reflect you in some way.
Eight of Hearts - This person owes you and you are their mirror in some way.

The 7 of Spades are powerful people. Illness may come through worry over business - or a frustrated desire to live beyond their means. Their heritage of power is sometimes misdirected to a longing for magnificence and disappointment is then their lot until they learn to awaken to greater wisdom.
They will work quietly, often secretly and are usually willing to remain behind the scenes. For that reason they are valuable in secret service and are greatly aided by their instinctive discernment of truth or falsehood. They have many friends but few loves. Generosity is a strong point and willingness to serve.
Of all the cards they represent the best teachers and wisest councilors.
In business they are honest and reliable. In love they are faithful.
Birthdays ruled by this card are:
Jan. 7 (Capricorn) Feb.5 (Aquarius) March 3 (Pisces) April 1 (Aries)

- I'm the Ace of Spades for my birth, and King of Spades for my birth name. But since I don't use my birth name any more, does it still work? This is a fun thing I'm going to investigate further. Thanks for sharing.

- A good friend's mother used to read playing cards - she was really good t it. It's a lot of a fun and a good way to bring issues to the surface and recontextualize them. Thanks for the interesting lens :)

- I always love learning new things. I am a Queen of Diamonds which sounds like a challenge. "If they adopt a spiritual path in life and realize that they have a mission, they can achieve the heights of spiritual realization and self-mastery. This realization will also dispel all of the problems that they have with money and love." So glad it hasn't taken me my entire life to figure this out, just most of it.
