Take A Career Choice Quiz Or Find Your Dream Job?

There are many problems that inhibit the accuracy of a personality or career choice quiz or test. One of the problems that can arise with them is that the answers are not as straightforward as you would think. Sometimes, instead of being honest about personal attributes and traits, a person may put down how he or she aspires to act.
If a person is simply having a bad day, it can color the responses.

Sometimes they only give you your personality type - instead of job ideas. That's a good start anyway, at least maybe you get a glimpse of who you are as a person today, but is it who you want to be and is it because you were told you have to be that way in previous jobs or life experiences?

It would be much better to look at your strengths. Know who you are and what you are already good at before taking a career choice quiz.

We must step back and see if the solutions to our problems lie outside the box.
The 'box', with its implication of rigidity and squareness, symbolises constrained and unimaginative thinking. This is in contrast to the open and unrestricted 'out of the box' thinking.
In-the-box thinkers are skillful at killing ideas and possibilities for themselves. They are masters of the creativity killer attitude such as "that'll never work" or "it's too risky." The best in-the-box thinkers are completely unaware that they drain the enthusiasm and passion of innovative thinkers, as well as themselves, while they kill their innovative ideas.
