Barbara Safani of Career Solvers, has over ten years of experience in career management,
recruiting, executive coaching, and organizational development. Barbara
partners with both Fortune 100 companies and individuals to deliver targeted
programs focusing on job search strategies, networking, interviewing, salary
negotiation skills, and resume development.

Barbara holds a
Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia
University and a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany. She is a four-time nominee for the
TORI (Toast of the Resume Industry) award, a credentialed Career Master through
Career Masters Institute and certified by the National Resume Writers' Association,
the Professional Association of Resume Writers, and Career Directors
International. Only a handful of resume writers world-wide have achieved all
three of these prestigious writing certifications.

In addition, Barbara is a contributor to Career Hub's insider's Guide to Job Search and her work is
featured in close to a dozen JIST career publications including Interview
Magic, Designing the Perfect Resume, Expert Resumes for Computer and Web Jobs,
and No-Nonsense Resumes. She offers career advice for The Ladders, The
Financial Executives Networking Group, and the Society for Human Resources
Management.

Prior to starting
her consultancy, Barbara was a Human Resources Manager for a Fortune 100
company where she oversaw management development, recruiting, and employee
relations initiatives.
