    my little black short hair male came with the name Mr. Peanut, as he's black with a white outline of a vest on his tummy around the arm pits. And he is the life of my little family!

    Nice Lens. Liked the "spicy little character of a dog" phrase in the intro :-). How about a section on Beverly Hills Chihuahua ;-)

    Hello! I just adopted a 3 month old Chihuahua puppy yesterday, his name is Oliver and we have already fallen in love with eachother! I just have one problem...the breeder told me he was paper-trained, and he's NOT. I set up an area for him to go to the bathroom in every room of my apartment so that he won't have any trouble, but I woke up this morning and he went to the bathroom on my floor AGAIN! What should I do?? If anyone has any tips or advice for me please e-mail me at Samantha.Schulz00@yahoo.com. I'd really appreciate it, I love my little guy, but can't stand cleaning up his messes every day!

    Hey Samantha,
    I would try keeping the potty papers in one area rather than in every room. It needs to become a habit and routine. I had mine trained to a cat box and with the larger ones a platform and it was a great thing. That being said, Chihuahuas are a challenge when potty training, so patience and consistency is the word.

    This is a great site. I will be back to read on more. I have one five year old Chihuahua she is retired from breeding and I am looking for another female to breed from eventualy.
