    What an excellent page. Well thought out, well constructed, the only thing I am not sure of is where to leave a comment specifically for Carlo's, which I can't wait to indulge in. This is a very useful page to be linked to for a number of sites who now extol the virtues of eating right. It gives you a subtle reminder about the necessity to do this without badgering you over the head with the Vegan or health-nut theme. The page actually engages you and gives you the impetus to do something good for yourself. Excellent!
