Carlton Sheets Program A Scam?

Contrary to what 99% of readers think, here you will discover the truth behind the Carlton Sheets Program. Plus, the discovery of its shady advices in the real estate world. As a bonus, I'll also include for you an opinion completely unbiased from me.



My initial research for Carlton Sheets Program was pretty much cluttered with the many opinions of angry people. I did find some useful review from very reputable people too and here's where we will begin. Pretty useful if you want to know what is Carlton Sheets Program all about in 10 minutes or so.



The Background



Carleton H. Sheets who is famed with his Carlton Sheets Program (which is a misspelling of Carleton - his real name) in actual fact has quite a few accomplishments in life. Carleton Sheets was born 1939 in Illinois and received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, business and speech at the tender age of 21 from Ohio Wesleyan in 1961.



The Course



Carlton Sheets Program is targeted towards beginners. By being able to observe many others who are just like you trying to seek financial freedom in the real estate industry, there seems to be something missing. As I found out, the topics in the program gears towards no money down deals.



You should know that while these tactics do work, you need to be a veteran with a reasonable amount of reserve under your belt. Somehow the courses within the Carlton Sheets Program were selected to maximize his income and not actually increase the incomes of his customers; namely you.



What Else Is There?



You can probably find a good deal out of the Carlton Sheets Program from eBay or even in a garage sale today. I know there is a bunch of new things but from what I have seen the techniques about making wealth in real estate is pretty sensitive.



For instance, you will learn that you do not require money to invest into real estate in order to profits from it. You might have heard it before and not just from the Carlton Sheets Program. The famous "how to buy your first home with no down payment" and "creating quick wealth with partnerships".



These will work for you in your favor only if you have both a good level of financial reserves and you have got some experience into real estate investing. Just to be very blunt about this, you will waste your time and hurt yourself financially with the Carlton Sheets Program if you are not careful.



A quick fact that you must know is this: the president of the Robert Allen Nothing Down Club of Atlanta was sent to prison for initiating illegal no-money-down deals. That is how serious it will become if you are not cautious of your own steps in taking the Carlton Sheets Program.



While the Carlton Sheets Program is questionable in every angle, there is still hope for you. You have an abundance of other programs not just the Carlton Sheets program to join. Be sure to do your due diligence and look closely for genuine programs which pays you instantly.

Carlton Sheets Review

Carlton Sheets is a self-proclaimed real estate guru who has been producing and broadcasting his real estate courses for nearly 2 decades. He promotes his no-money-down-real estate strategy, which purports to teach you how to find distressed properties for pennies on the dollar.



Hmmm... you know what? Now that I think about it, if I could find a nice home (as pictured in the infomercials) for pennies on the dollar, I would probably buy it for myself and move into it. There are just not that many of them out there. Besides, the more "students" he has out there scrambling for distressed properties, the more competition you and I will have in locating them.



As is the case with so many of these infomercials, the initial purchase will only get you on a call list. Then you can be pestered to buy additional courses and information at much higher prices. In the case of Carlton Sheets his "Wealth and Empowerment Training Seminar" costs nearly $700, and "services of a professional coach," around $2,000.



I am convinced that the people who've succeeded with his course (and there are those that have succeeded), put in lots of hard work and dedicated effort; and certainly would have excelled in real estate without the extra costs attached to Carlton Sheets.



I wouldn't recommend getting involved, no matter how tempting the ease of success may appear on the commercials. Go to the library and check out a good beginner's book on real estate investing instead. I think you'll find it to be less expensive, more informative and won't burden you with the need to buy more and more costly training materials.
