Besides the Carpenters, I can't think of another song artist that had the power to embed lyrics into my head. I might not remember where I put my keys but I can sing Smackwater Jack in an instant.
Some may argue ... but there is nothing better than being able to sing out loud, without making up a weird language, as the song plays on ... don't you think?
