Carolina Grande Hotel- About

Myrtle Beach,SC

One of the pools I love this pic of itThe Carolina Grande circa 1960 is a 20 story Luxury resort hotel perfectly located right in the heart of Myrtle Beach and is right across from the beach! You have an excellent view of the ocean and the "Grand Strand"

You can enjoy the miles of beach a short walk across the street or you can spend your day by the pool and still enjoy the spectacular view from the 6th floor. Bad weather is not a concern because there is even an indoor pool as well.

If you are inclined for even more relaxation and warmer water, enjoy some Hot Tub time and feel the ocean breeze wash over you and melt the tension away

Another overlooked feature for use by guest of The Carolina Grande Hotel, is the Lazy River! Here you and the family can enjoy hours of fun!! Guests are also welcome to use the facilities of a neighboring resort, which include indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.

Water Lover Paradise

Water ParkWater parks appeal to adrenaline-seeking teens as well as to little ones timid of waves. An array of slides, pools, rides and fountains lets you set your own pace. Grab an inner tube to float down a lazy river or rush down a twisty tube. Sit in the shade or under a waterfall. If there's a downside to a water park on a hot summer day it's that long lines may mean waiting for a turn in the water, but Myrtle Beach has addressed this potential inconvenience with multiple water parks, each bursting with multiple rides. The waiting time is short even on a Saturday

South Carolina's largest water park, Myrtle Waves Water Park sprawls twenty acres. Included among its thirty rides are the world's tallest tubular slides (like the ten-story 'Turbo Twisters' and 'Pipeline Plunge'), a giant wave pool, meandering lazy river and interactive 'Saturation Station.
The area is known for its golf courses, which number in the hundreds. Myrtle Beach Jetport is less than four miles from the resort.

Across the street from the beach but definitely not a problem at all. Our suite was extremely clean and was fully stocked with every small or large appliance one could imagine. Clean, clean, clean. Felt like home.
