I like Carroll's books so much that one day I decided to publish them myself.
I got text and images from Project Gutenberg, and made of them two pdf files in TeX.
"Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" and "Through the Looking-Glass and What Alice Found There", both with all illustrations by John Tenniel - you can download these two books as PDF, free of charge, from PDFreeBooks.org. These books do not represent any particular edition, and are in public domain.
