The Case for Stewie
Stewart Gilligan Griffin aka "Stewie" who is a 1 yr old bent on world domination and matricide. He has a genius IQ, the physical abilities of an adult and you throw in some homicidal tendencies and you've got yourself one serious Damien wanna-be.Stewie has made various minor characters "disappear",but In the episode "Stewie Kills Lois" it appears Stewie finally gets his wish as he pumps his mom full of lead! When Peter takes the fall for Lois' death it looks like Stewie has commited the perfect crime. Stewie finally has a clear path to take over the world and does! Alas, it was not to be as it turned out Lois survived the attack and kills Stewie. Fortunately for him it was all a simulation, but his intentions were anything but good.Oh, and if you ever borrow any money from this guy you better pay up or you'll end up like Brian..it's not good to be Brian! The Case for Cartman
Eric "I'm not fat I'm just big-boned" Cartman,is a wimpy, racist mama's-boy, what he lacks in Stewie's physical and intellectual prowess, he more than makes up for with imaginative ploys to exact his stone-cold revenge! Case in point, in the South Park episode "Scott Tenorman Must Die!",Cartman duped out of $16.12 by an older kid (Scott) concocts a plan that culminates in Scott's parents being killed and Cartman grinding them up and serving them to Scott in a chili cooking contest. Once Cartman drops this bomb, the gloating begins by singing "I made you eat your parents..ha,ha,ha,ha,ha!" And while Scott is still in shock by what has happened Cartman savors the salt in Scott's tears.This is one sick kid!If he ever invites you over for dinner you might want to stick with the veggie platter!

- Hysterical lens! I don't watch the shows so it would be hard to rate which is the "baddest" kid. I'd say it might be a tie.
