The call of the domestic Cartoon Animal!
I am fond of all sorts of animals, and as I am a cartoonist I saw this as an opportunity to do what I love and create fun and unique designs and sell them through the internet.
Fun, Mad, loveable Cartoon Animals
I am frequently adding more designs, so it is worth either making this lens a favorite, or subscribing to the particular shop newsletter that you are interested in (I have put the instructions on how to do this on each shop).
The image on the top right is the latest Kung Fu Cat Design for the Purrrfect Design shop. I had great fun creating it and I am sure you or the kids will get a kick out of wearing it! Go to http://www.cafepress.com/purrrfectdesign to see all the products available, or follow the link below.
Freaked Out Rabbit is the new design to be found onhttp://www.cafepress.com/madbunnydesign. I scribbled down this idea ages ago and knew one day that I would use this idea! Now it can be found on t-shirts, sweatshirts, tracksuits, baseball jerseys etc. You can either buy a product by going directly to Mad Bunny Design or follow the link below.
Mad Angry Dog has had a few alterations to the T-Shirt design, and is now available on more apparel, even boxer shorts and a thong, as well as some buttons! This design should bring a smile to anyone's face! I have plans to add this to more products, so it is worth keeping an eye on Dog Fest Design!
'The dog wants a cookie' is the new greeting card design that can be found on Dog Fest Design. We all know what is going through their minds; their affections can be at a price! A perfect card for all dog lovers everywhere! No matter where you go in the world, all the dogs of every kind are thinking about the same thing - Food!
I know this Shark Design is not the usual cute and cuddly animal I usually draw here on this lens, but I thought it could have a guest appearance until I do a lens of its own. Shark t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, pins, stickers and even an apron are displayed in this shop. You can check it out by just pressing on the image of the shark.
Also at the bottom of this lens are some cartooning books I recommend that I have found very useful over the years. So if you are ever enthusiastic in ever getting into cartooning it is worth check out these titles.
And do not forget to check out the 'Animal Video of the week'! It is my choice of all the crazy, lovable animal videos that are available on You Tube, with hopefully entertaining commentary from yours truly!

Animal Video of the Week
Updated Every Wednesday
I could not resist in putting Nora's second video for this weeks Animal Video of the Week!!!
This lovely cat Nora is a real talented pussy! Even Jerry Lee Lewis did not use his head! The owner of the cat is a fellow Cafe Press owner, and so deserves a plug as well. You can get Nora apparel, mugs, calendars, cards, posters, buttons and a lot more at http://www.cafepress.com/ravenswingshop. Check it out!
Remember you can also get great cat cartoon apparel, mugs and cards at http://www.cafepress.com/purrrfectdesign.
Nora: The Sequel - Better than the original!
Features all-new footage and more duets. Better than the original! This is not a trick taught to Nora. She began sitting at the piano at about one-year-old. She's almost four now. She plays only when the mood strikes her, which is usually several time a times a day for short periods. © 2007 Yow!/Alexander A DVD of Nora's YouTube videos in full-size (for the big screen) is now available on Amazon.com or on CreateSpace.com The three videos included on the DVD are "Nora: Practice Makes Purr-fect," "Nora: The Sequel," and "Nora Calls The Piano Tuner." CD Now Available! The Laurel Canyon Animal Company just released a CD called "Cat On The Keys," and the featured track is called "Nora's Song." It uses Nora's piano playing from her two videos and puts it together with a jazz band. The song is super cool! Check it out at http://nora.petcds.com $2 from the sale of each CD is being donated in Nora's name to Best Friends Animal Society http://bestfriends.org
