Cascade Coaching

Cascade Coaching® is 3CCCs unique approach to embedding Coaching Skills for Managers within and throughout an organisation. Cascade Coaching® is a flexible model that can be applied at all hierarchical levels from project team to corporate wide. Cascade Coaching® replicates the performance-enhancing effects of coaching across an organisation - becoming a key component of your culture and an integral part of your management-development and performance-improvement practices.

Today, most significant organisations are looking to achieve a coaching culture; this is clear from recent CIPD research that indicates that some 88% of organisations now expect line managers to deliver coaching. Without a model such as Cascade Coaching® to provide a structure, a system and a measurable discipline, this is difficult to achieve.

Typically (and to be agreed with your people) component parts of Cascade Coaching® will include:

Short sessions of intense, experiential classroom training

Coaching of key individuals within their corporate roles - in addition to direct benefits, this provides positive role model experiences upon which later are built coaching skills.

Under the supervision of 3CCCs initially, active coaching of colleagues on live projects.

Co-coaching Partnerships with colleagues (combined with Action Learning Groups) to share experiences, reinforce learning and experience the dynamics of group coaching.

Workshop style training to develop the skills of managers to 'manage in a coaching style'.

Further training and development to equip selected individuals to become in-house coaches. A small number of these may be selected to become coach-trainers to create an in-house coaching resource
