Cash and Carry Gift Baskets

Ranked #6,678 in Education, #148,881 overall

For Home Party Demonstrators

No matter what home based company you're with, cash and carry gift baskets can increase your sales.

For example if you're with Mary Kay, or Gold Canyon Candles, imagine a beautiful spa basket. Complete with products, and other items you can purchase.

In this site I will give some great ideas for a variety of baskets, plus tips on using them for other ideas as well.

Cash and Carry, and Raffles

These ideas can be used at open houses, or cash and carry items at your shows. You never know when someone may be in need of a gift that night.

Gift Baskets are also a great way to encourage people to buy perhaps more than they planned on. You could take one of your baskets to a show, tell the guests that who ever purchases $50.00, or more in merchandise, their name will go into a drawing for the basket. I would also tell them the drawing will be held the end of December, or a month of your choice. Rather than just giving a basket away at one show. Give all parties held in a certain month, the chance to have their tickets in the raffle.

Very Unique Ideas

Whether it's candles, perfume, home decor, skincare products. You can personally make it appeal to the one who receives it. Here are some popular ones to choose from.

Cocktails and Candles, would make a lovely gift for a newly married couple. Fill with a bottle of wine, candles, a set of glasses.

Fresh Baked Basket, add a banana bread mix, pot holders, with matching kitchen towel, and a baking line candle from Gold Canyon Candles.

Spa Baskets, very popular, consider Mary Kay, or Avon products. Throw in a bath mitt, candles. Girls love these!

Car Enthusiast's Basket, combined a car washing mitt, a scrubbie wheel cleaner, an auto freshener, one chamois, and a glass cleaner and all purpose cleaner in a bucket.

Relax Basket, add a single-pot packet of coffee with an awesome coffee mug. Caffe Velluto candle, and a Suddenly Scented bookmark, (those items can be found on my Website) and last but not least some gourmet chocolates.

Party in a Bag

Booking Show Ideas

This tip is as old as the hills, but it works. Let me give you an example. When trying to get parties booked for your next show. Take two brown paper bags, (decorate them with stickers if you like).

Fill each with a brownie mix, a bag of popcorn, and a lemonade drink mix. This way you can tell your potential Hostess that the first two people who agree to have a show in their home will receive one of the these party in a bag gifts. So they have their refreshments all ready taken care of.

You can find brown paper bags at craft stores, Walmart, or Amazon!

I would also include a Hostess packet of books, and order forms, as well.
